    What we treat

    • Recovery after surgery, including joint replacements and repairs
    • Sports injuries and overuse strain
    • Back, neck, and joint pain, both recent and long-standing
    • Arthritis and other ongoing conditions
    • Balance and mobility difficulties
    • Workplace injuries (WSIB) and motor vehicle accident injuries

What your first visit looks like

Your initial assessment runs a full hour. You'll talk through your history and what you're trying to get back to, then Johnny assesses how you move — not just where it hurts — to find what's driving the problem.

Hands-on treatment starts in that same visit, and you leave with a written plan and exercises you can start right away.

Follow-up visits are 30, 45, or 60 minutes and combine hands-on treatment with guided exercise, adjusted as you progress.

    Who it's for

Anyone recovering from surgery or injury, managing pain that's limiting daily activity, or working back toward a sport or activity they've had to stop.

If you're not sure physiotherapy is the right fit, the free 15-minute consultation is there for exactly that question.

    Pricing and session length

    • Initial assessment — 60 minutes — $130
    • Follow-up — 30 minutes — $95
    • Follow-up — 45 minutes — $125
    • Follow-up — 60 minutes — $160

Not sure which length is right for you? A 30-minute visit works well for a quick check-in or a single focus area; 60 minutes suits a more involved session. If you're not sure, ask at your initial assessment — Johnny's happy to recommend a length, but you're free to choose whichever one works for you when you book.
