Spinal Decompression in Woodbridge
A non-surgical treatment that gently stretches the spine on a specialized table to reduce pressure on discs and nerves. At StrengthFlow it follows a full assessment — it's used when your presentation suggests it will help, not as a default for back pain.
What it's used for
- Disc bulges and herniations
- Sciatica and nerve-related leg pain
- Degenerative disc changes
- Spinal stenosis
- Persistent neck or low back pain with a disc component
What to expect
You lie fully clothed on the decompression table, which applies a slow, controlled cycle of stretch and release. Sessions are comfortable, and decompression is used as part of a broader plan that includes exercise and hands-on treatment.
It's done within your regular appointment at no additional charge — there's no separate booking type, and no extra fee.
Who it's for
Not everyone with back pain is a candidate, and decompression isn't appropriate for every presentation. The assessment comes first, and if it's not the right treatment for you, Johnny will say so.
